Inbound/Outbound Toll Free Transfers

Most voice agent platform provides its customers with a means to perform call transfers. The voice agent is able to instruct
the telephony provider to initiate a call transfer, either via a SIP REFER
or by initiating a new call completely. In both
cases, the second call is charged at outbound calling rates.
Cloudonix enables its customers to directly connect their phone system to Cloudonix, and by doing so, optimizing the costs associated with the call transfer function. In addition, this method ensures that call-transfers always work, regardless of the telephony provider capabilities or the customers' phone system capabilities.
Voice Agent Multiplexing

When a phone number is assigned to a voice agent, it is assigned to it by the voice agent provider—and it is available on that system only.
